THE KOLLEL MEMBERS

The Kesher Kollel has eighteen dedicated young men who learn in the Kesher Beis Medrash and help create a wonderful learning atmosphere. These young men were chosen not only for their studiousness but also for their personalities and warmth.

THE CONNECTION

The Kollel learns two sedarim amongst themselves and at the end of the second seder each kollel member learns, relaxes or has discussions one on one with a Kesher student. These sessions make a strong connection between the students and the Kollel, one with very high dividends. In addition, the homes of the kollel men are always open for theboys, be it for a Shabbos meal, a Thursday night kumzitz or just a place to take a night off.

THE ROSH HAKOLLEL

The Kollel is headed by Rabbi Gershon Meltzer, an outstanding talmid chochom and well known posek in Yerushalayim. His genius and warmth are highly appreciated both by the kollel members and the students / staff members of Kesher.
